- Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Hideout, UT Town Council will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM, with a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM or shortly thereafter, at: Hideout Town Hall 10860 N. Hideout Trail Hideout, Utah 84036 Council Chambers The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the following: Consideration and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2026-R-XX amending the Hideout Fee and Rate Schedule. The proposed amendments include adding a civil penalty for violation of Hideout Municipal Code Section 7.16.038: Emergency Access Areas; Fire Lanes, Obstruction Prohibited; Penalties. The proposed consolidated fee schedule amendments are available on the Town website. The Town Council may take action on the proposed resolution following the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
