City Council Agenda July 7, 2026 Third Floor - City Council Work Room, Council Chambers, and via Zoom 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 4:00 p.m. Joint Work Session City Council, also acting as the Redevelopment Agency City Council Work Room The purpose of the joint work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: - Agenda Review for the City Council meeting; - Administrative Update; - Thorstensen Building Land Transfer and Development Agreement Amendments; - Council Business; and - Council Comments. Any items not fully addressed prior to the 6:00 p.m. City Council meeting may be addressed immediately following that meeting. 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting City Council Chambers 1. Roll Call. 2. Opening Ceremony: a. Presentation of the colors by the Hill Air Force Base Honor Guard. b. National Anthem sung by Ginger Bess. c. Pledge of Allegiance. d. Moment of Silence. e. Acknowledgements. i. America250 3. Consent Items: (Voice vote) a. Planning Commission Appointments. Consideration of the re-appointment of Mandy Shale and Jeremy Shinoda to the Ogden City Planning Commission. (Approve re-appointments) b. Landmark Commission Appointments. Consideration of the re-appointment of Mandy Shale, and Sue Wilkerson, and the appointment of Celine Browning, Tracy Phillips, and Daniel Murphy to the Ogden City Landmarks Commission. (Approve re-appointments/appointments) 4. New Business: a. PATH to Citizenship Program Guidelines Amendments. Proposed resolution 2026-8 approving amendments to the Ogden City PATH to Citizenship Program Guidelines. (Receive public input; adopt/not adopt resolution) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Council Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record. Comments which cannot be made within the established time limit may be submitted to the City Council Office by email at citycouncil@ogdencity.gov, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or by voice message at 801-629-8158. 6.
