NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Civic Center, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following: Amendments to Plat J2 in The Cedars at Cedar Hills Subdivision, located in the H-1 Hillside Development Zone Shortly before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhillsutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. This notice is being delivered to all property owners within 300 feet of the subject properties.
