Request for Proposals 2026 General Plan Update
Proposals will be received by Fruit Heights City via email for the 2026 General Plan Update.
The RFP documents are available for download at https://www.fruitheights.gov/406/Employment-Opportunity
The city will not provide any printed copies of the RFP documents.
Submissions will be received via email to City Manager, Darren Frandsen, dfrandsen@fruitheights.gov, no later than 2:00 pm on July 28, 2026. All Proposals that are not received by the deadline will be considered late and will not be accepted. It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure the emailed Proposal is received. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this Request for Proposals ('RFP') at any time and to reject any and all Proposals submitted, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
