PRESENT: Mayor Adam Palafox (PHONE) Councilmember Radine Murphy Councilmember Manuel Carrillo Councilmember Darlene Tramell Councilmember Tanner Moore City Administrator Glenn Wadsworth City Treasurer Sasha Palafox City Clerk Liliano Soriano EXCUSED: Councilmember Brandon Grossman. Mayor Adam Palafox called meeting to order at 5:00pm 1. PROPERTY TAX RATE APPROVAL City Treasurer Sasha Palafox informed City Council that she has received Tax Rate, and it does need to be approved prior to June 22nd, 2026, to be able to be signed and uploaded to Tooele County Auditor Alison Mccoy, Sasha requested Council to review total of Tax Rate for approval tonight. Council member Darlene Trammell, seconded by Council member Manuel Carrillo to Approve Tax Rate for 2026-2027 Budget Year. All in Favor Motion Passed. 2. APPROVE TO TRANFER ANY REVENUES OVER 35% Motion made by Councilmember Darlene Trammell, seconded by Councilmember Tanner Moore to Approve Pelorus Method System to transfer any revenues over 35% for 2025-2026 Budget Year. All in favor, Motion passed. 3. APPROVAL OF FINAL BUDGET 2026-2027 City Treasurer Sasha Palafox informed City Council that she balanced the new budget to 100% and she feels good about the upcoming budget and what she has budgeted in line items. Sasha is requesting budget to be approved as of tonight since she will be heading gout for maternity leave soon, so she has the time to upload budget to State Auditors website, unless City Council wants to make any changes to budget. Motion made by Councilmember Darlene Trammell, seconded by Councilmember Manuel Carrillo to Approve Final Budget for 2026-2027. All in favor, Motion passed. Sasha informed Mayor Palafox she has nothing else to bring to attention for this meeting unless there happens to be any questions. Mayor Palafox closed meeting at 5:04pm
