- PAYSON CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinance(s) The Payson City Council passed the following ordinance(s) on July 1, 2026. A full and complete copy of the ordinance(s) are available at the office of the Payson City Recorder, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and at 801-465-5205. ORDINANCE NO. 07-01-2026-A: An Ordinance of the Payson City Council Amending Title 6 of the Payson City Municipal Code by Enacting Section 6.04.190 Entitled 'Trespass Enforcement and Exclusion Authority'; Establishing Procedures for the Issuance of Trespass Notices on Property Owned, Operated, or Controlled by Payson City; Providing for Appeals, and an Effective Date ORDINANCE NO. 07-01-2026-B: An Ordinance of the Payson City Council Adopting the Payson Downtown Gateway Area Plan as Part of the City's General Plan; Providing Findings; Incorporating the Plan by Reference; and Providing for Implementation and an Effective Date. /s/ Amalie R.
