HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, July 16th as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible.
Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay's temporary location
3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek UT
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map for property located at 4901 S Memory Lane. The proposal is to rezone approximately 2.34 acres (101,930 sq. ft from an R-1-21 to a P Zone - to allow the expansion of the adjacent cemetery
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider amending the Land Use Table for Royal Holladay Hills redevelopment site (SDMP 2007) to include Personal Services as an allowable use of property within the Royal Holladay Hills redevelopment area, R-M/U Zone. The proposal will amend the land use table on page 3 of the SDMP development document.
The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
