PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
AMENDMENT TO THE EASTERN SUMMIT COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 11-4-5(F)(2): PARCEL BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENTS AND SECTION 11-4-2(C)(2) PARCEL BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT INVOLVING NON-CONFORMING PARCELS
Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 11-7-3 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act on proposed amendments to the Eastern Summit County Development Code. The purpose is to amend the Parcel Boundary Adjustment section to bring it into compliance with state code and clarify Parcel Boundary Adjustments involving non-conforming parcels. Project #26-073. The public hearing will be held:
