Comments from the public: Any member of the public who has a comment pertaining to the mission of the
Historical Preservation Commission will have 3 minutes to make their comment.
Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: Approval of the minutes for June 3rd, 2026. (MINUTES)
Item No. 2 New Vice Chair: The Historic Preservation Commission will vote in a new vice chair as
the current vice chair, Ken Thigpen, will assume the role of Chair.
Item No. 3 CLG Grant: The Historic Preservation Commission will review, discuss and may move
forward with pursuing a CLG Grant.
Item No. 4 Sauerkraut Days 2026 Continued Preparation Discussions: The Historic Preservation
Commission will review, discuss and may take action on their assignments, roles and individual
responsibilities for this year's Sauerkraut Days.
Item No. 5 Plans for FYE 2027 Budget: The Historic Preservation Commission will discuss and
may take action on their plans for this years budget and how it will be used.
