The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. 1. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from June 2, 2026. 2. Initial discussion on Ordinance 2026-10, an Ordinance amending the Richmond City Municipal Code, Title 12-000 'Land Use, Development and Management (LUDMO)', Chapter 12-800 'Zoning Establishment', Part 12-805-21 'Accessory Dwelling Unit'. 3. Discussion on public education opportunities for park strip landscaping and tree selection. 4. Discussion on the definition of 'Animal Unit' in Title 12-000 'Land Use, Development and Management (LUDMO)', Chapter 12-300 'Definitions'. Adjourn
