Description/Agenda
The Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings to receive comments on the following action items:
Ordinance 26-21: Amending NCC 19.24.250 Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards, Including Impact Fee Provisions, Lot Size Requirements, and Conversion of Existing Accessory Buildings
Ordinance 26-22: Development Agreement for the Dove Creek Subdivision, a 14-Lot Open Space Subdivision, Located at Approximately 3450 S 450 W, Setting Forth Terms and Conditions for the Development, Including Exceptions to Nibley City Code for Open Space Parcel Size and Trail Requirements
When: Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM

A full report will be posted on the City's website (www.nibleycity.gov) and the Utah Public Notice Website (www.utah.gov/pmn/) by July 6, 2026, as part of the Planning and Zoning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website and the Utah Public Notice Website when they become available. Applicants or interested parties should submit written, printed, and/or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the meeting (i.e. July 8, 2026) to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
