NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the General Plan land use designation from AE (Agricultural Estates - up to four dwellings per acre) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 8.48 acres located north of 2450 South and west of 3210 East. Approval of this application would change the general plan and not zoning. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project will be known as the 2450 South Sullivan Commercial General Plan Amendment. Case No. 2026-GPA-009
