- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the General Plan land use designation from LDR (Low Density Residential), COM (Commercial), and OS (Open Space) to COM (Commercial) and OS (Open Space) on approximately 12.61 acres generally located between 800 and 900 South and between 1450 East and Foremaster Drive. The applicant is Stg Orsini MF LLC and the representative is Wes Davis. The project will be known as Hillside Utah Tech Foremaster Ridge.
