NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the general plan designation from OS (Open Space) to LDR (Low Density Residential) on approximately four acres located in the center of the Old Farm development which is bounded by 3000 East on the east, 2350 East on the west, 2000 South on the north and 2450 South on the south. This application would change the general plan and not zoning. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc., and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project will be known as the Old Farm General Plan Amendment. Case No. 2026-GPA-007
