Public Notice The Hurricane City Council will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at 147 N 870 W Hurricane, Utah on Thursday, July 16, 2026, commencing at 6 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A request for abandonment and vacation of easements along Desert Sands Parkway, Dunes Drive and Sand Hollow Resort Parkway in The Dunes at Sand Hollow Resort. 2. A request for abandonment and vacation of easements along Gateway Boulevard and Jellystone Road for parcels H-4-2-1-1112-GS1, H-4-2-1-202-GS1, H-4-2-1-200-GS1, H-4-2-1-201-GS1, H-4-2-1-201, & H-4-2-12-1208-GS1. 3. The size, scope, and nature of funding related to the planned construction of the Hurricane City Police Station. The proposals are available for inspection in the office of the Hurricane City Recorder at the City Office, 147 N. 870 West, Hurricane, Utah during regular business hours or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. It can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting, or provide written comments for the City Council's consideration by 3 p.m., the day before the meeting.
