4.1 APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND JUNE 16, 2026, COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL TO RADIFY THE QUANTITY AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE 2026 CRACK SEAL PROJECT
The City is in a three year agreement with Asphalt Preservation to perform Crack Seal projects within the city. Council will ratify the expenditure for this year's project.
6.2 DISCUSSION/MOTION: AWARD OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ROHMER PARK HILLSIDE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (PHASE 4)
Sealed bids were opened June 18, 2026. The project is the final phase of the Rohmer Park Pickleball Plaza.
6.3 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF LEISURE SWING EXPENDITURE FOR
ROHMER PARK HILLSIDE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (PHASE 4)
Approval of an expenditure for the Rohmer Park Hillside Improvement Project that is outside of the construction contract.
6.4 MOTION: APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR TRANSFER STATION SERVICES
The current contract for transfer station services for waste disposal expired June 30, 2026. Sealed bids were
opened on July 2, 2026.
7. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF
This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
8. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.
