- The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on June 30, 2026. ORD. 26-12 - MORATORIUM ON DATA CENTERS AND DATA CENTER POWER PLANTS - Adopted a Temporary Land Use Regulation Prohibiting the Development and Construction of Data Centers and Data Center Power Plants. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
