will hold a regular meeting at 12:00 p.m. on July 06, 2026, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers. Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah.

HPC 26-02 Arimo Building [Certificate of Appropriateness] Summit Performance Properties, Daniel Berger authorized agent/owner, requests a Certificate of Appropriateness to remodel the back, east exterior facade of our portion of the Arimo Building. The intent improve the existing building to be more functional, better-looking, and safer. The addition includes a deck behind 176 N Main St. on the second level, and improvements to the entrances of the building. We are proposing to enclose the stairs that go up to the deck, and make everything match at 180 N & 176 N Main St in the TC-1 Zone (TIN 06-018-0025 & 06-018-0026).
