PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 'The Woods' Subdivision, Lot 2 - Amendment - ADDRESS (ZONE)
Review and consideration of a proposal for an amendment to The Woods Subdivision, a Planned Unit Development. The proposal is to modify the areas and boundaries previously approved for building footprint and open space area designations only within Lot 2 of The Woods Subdivision. Item reviewed as an Administrative action for permitted uses in accordance to zone and subdivision standards required by Holladay Ord §13.10 File #04-01-12-4
2. 'The Woods' PUD, Lot 2 - Conditional Land Use Permit Amendment - ADDRESS (ZONE)
Review and consideration of a proposal for an amendment to The Woods Subdivision, a Planned Unit Development. The proposal is to modify the areas and boundaries previously approved for building footprint and open space area designations only within Lot 2 of The Woods Subdivision. Review conducted according to regulatory provisions of Holladay Ordinance §13.78.130(D). File #04-01-12-4
3. Zone Map Amendment - Rezone from P to R-1-10 - 4032 S. 2300 E.
Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal by the property owner to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Public zone (P) to the R-1-10 zone (Residential, Single-family) for approximately 1.65 acres (71,354 sq. ft) of property. Item reviewed as a legislative action, according to procedures set forth in Holladay Ordinance §13.07. File #26-4-04
