- SPRING CITY CONDENSED SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE 2026-07 On June 29, 2026, a public hearing was held to receive public comment on Ordinance 2026-07. This was proposed to comply with Utah State Code 10-3-818 regarding compensation increases for certain municipal officers. Ordinance 2026-07 contains compensation increases for executive municipal officers. At a special City Council meeting held on June 29, 2026, the ordinance was adopted and passed and will be included in the City's Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget. Ordinance 2026-07 may be viewed during regular office hours at the Spring City Office, located at 45 South 100 East, Spring City, Utah 84662. It may also be viewed on the City's website at springcityutah.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/sitemap/notice/1090523.html.
