NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Erick Simmonds 2. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Erick Simmonds 3. Oath of office for Clerk and Recorder 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Approval of Minutes June 16, 2026 June 29, 2026 6. Review and approval of July 2026 checks PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. West Cache Building discussion- Tom Griffin 2. Phase 3 of the 800 South road project 3. Review of 24th of July Celebration- Councilmember Wangsgard 4. Resolution putting Tauni Fanning on Town financial documents 5. Parks/Recreation/Cemetery Update- Councilmember Wangsgard 6. Roads Update- Councilmember Merrill 7. Planning & Zoning/Fire Department Update-Councilmember Kingston 8. Water Update-Councilmember Nelson 9. Mayor Update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205.
