Description/Agenda: CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WEST HAVEN CITY AND ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER * PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 15th Day of July, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on an ordinance authorizing the adoption of a franchise agreement between West Haven City and Rocky Mountain Power. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment will be held in person and by electronic means, via zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81581435918.
