- East Carbon City will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2026. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on CIB funding for the replacement of the water storage bubble. The public hearing will be held at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon, Utah at 6:30 P.M.
