- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - COG GRANT APPLICATION Please take notice that the Providence City Council will be taking comments and questions and may direct staff regarding the application of possible COG projects for program year 2028. Possible projects include but are not limited to street updates on 200 W, from 100 N to 500 S with a roundabout at 300 S.
