Public Comments and Questions
We want to hear from you! Public comments and questions will be received within the public comment window. To submit a comment or question, contact the assigned planner via email or leave a voicemail. Your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended.

Zoning Map Amendment - 715 S Gudgell Ct
Kalei Masima-Duke, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting approval to amend the zoning map amendment at 715 S Gudgell Ct from the existing RMF-30 Low Density Multi-Family Residential District to the RMF-35 Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential District. The property is currently vacant and is 3,387 square feet. The property is currently vacant and measures 3,387 square feet. Both the RMF-30 and RMF-35 districts allow the same housing types, including single-family, two-family, small-scale multifamily, row house, and cottage development, but the RMF-35 district allows these housing types on smaller lots. The property is located within City Council District 4, represented by Jennifer Napier-Pearce. Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on this matter at a future date. Additional notices for the public hearings will be provided.
