PC 26-024 Bullen Properties Tower Relocation [Conditional Use] RAGE Development/Bullen Properties LC, authorized agent/owner is requesting approval to replace the existing 100-foot lattice telecommunications tower, located in the middle of the parcel, with a new 100-foot monopole telecommunications tower. The proposed monopole will be located on the southeast corner of the 2.98-acre parcel at 1350 North 200 West (TIN 05-042-0009), within the Commercial (COM) zoning district, in the Bridger Neighborhood.
