Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Uintah Transportation Special Service District (UTSSD) will hold a public hearing to discuss the application to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding of the 500 North; 1500 East to Sunshine Bench Road. This project will consist of the full-depth roadway reconstruction of 500 North between 1500 East and Sunshine Bench Road in Uintah County, Utah. The CIB funding application will be in the amount of $3,000,000. UTSSD will solicit comments concerning the size, scope, and nature of the funding request for this project. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard, subject to reasonable time constraints, and the public is encouraged to attend. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Commission Large Conference room, 152 E 100 N, Vernal Utah.
