Proposed Compensation Increases for Executive Municipal Officers
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the city council chambers at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the proposed compensation increases for the City's executive municipal officers. A listing of the proposed increases will be posted on the City's website (www.ch.utah.gov) at least three days before the public hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
Public comments for those not physically attending the meeting may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at Recorder@ch.utah.gov up to 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council but not entered into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the July 7, 2026, city council business meeting for those who wish to view the meeting virtually.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, a copy of the foregoing notice (a) posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City's offices; (b) emailed to the Whitmore Library and the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center, both located in the City, for posting on their public bulletin boards; and (c) posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members can hear.
