- PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 117 South Main Street, Monticello, Utah, to consider the following properties: Property Owner Pa Property Address Timothy Ananiadis 000780000030 17 N. Porcupine Ln., La Sal, UT Kathleen A. Herrmann, Co-Trustee (Herrmann-Tomhill Trust ) 000650000040 142 N. Coyote Ln., La Sal, UT Koi Cook 000780000120 33 E. Merriam Court, Moab, UT Stephen Thurlo 000780000030 164 Rio Grande Dr., Moab, UT Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments regarding these applications. To ensure written comments are considered prior to the hearing, comments must be received no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
