Fountain Green City 375 North State, Box 97 Fountain Green, Utah 84632 (435) 445-3453 June 29, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING At 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 9, 2026 in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 N. State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review the individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor: Land Use Ordinance: Chapter 7 - Zone Districts & Standards 7.2-2, 7.3-2, & 7.5-2 Use Table Strike 'manufactured home' and 'modular home' Add 'single family dwelling/residence with internal accessory dwelling unit' Change 'Home Occupation' to 'Home Business' Chapter 11.32 11.32 B1 Add allowed in Sensitive Lands (SL) Zone 11.32 D3 Strike IADUs shall not be used as short-term rentals. The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged, but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission's scheduled tasks. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Fountain Green City Recorder at 445-3453, 24 hours prior to the meeting.
