Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests engineering statements of qualifications (SOQ) for the design and construction management of the 2026 Vault Improvement Project. Several vaults have been identified as suffering from corrosion and require abandonment or replacement of piping, valves, and meters. Three vaults along or near the 11400 South Pipeline, one vault near 3900 South, one vault near 7500 South, one vault near 4700 South, and one vault near 9400 South have been selected to be addressed in this project. First, this project will seek services to design replacements to the vault piping, vault abandonment, or other needed upgrades. Once the designs are complete, this project will procure construction services to construct the designed improvements.
The request for SOQs may be obtained via electronic download beginning June 24, 2026, from the District's website at www.jvwcd.gov under the 'Engineering Projects' link. Prospective engineering consultants must register at the District's web site under the project to receive project notifications and addenda.
SOQs will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 4:00 pm, on July 22, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs.
