- WASHINGTON CITY 1305 E WASHINGTON DAM RD. WASHINGTON, UT 84780 TELEGRAPH STREET ASPHALT REPAIR PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received at the Washington City Public Works office, 1305 E. Washington Dam Road, Washington, Utah 84780, until 2:00 PM local time, July 14, 2026 for the Telegraph Street Asphalt Repair Project, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The Work of this Contract consists of rotomilling 2 inches and placement of 2 inches of UDOT HMHMA - 1 2 inch mix, reconstruction of manholes and valve boxes, rumble strip, and paint striping in Washington, Utah. Beginning at noon on June 29, 2026, Bidding Documents may be examined online at the following Washington City Website: https://washqa.org/planspecs/AR2026 A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Washington City Public Works Office. Other oral statements made during the bidding process may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
