NOTICE AND AGENDA OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OAK CITY TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold two Public Hearings along with a special Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The first Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and will then take public comment on the 2025-2026 Town of Oak City Budget and prepare it to be Open, Amended, and Adopted during the Special Town Board Meeting following the two Public Hearings. This Hearing will begin at 10:00 am, after which, the second Public Hearing will begin. The second Public Hearing will take public comment on the Proposed 2026-2027 Town of Oak City Budget and prepare it for consideration of Adoption during the Special Town Board Meeting following the two public hearings. This Hearing will begin directly after the first Public Hearing, after which, the special Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Open, Amend, and Adopt the 2025-2026 Town of Oak City Budget. D. Adopt the Town of Oak City 2026-2027 Budget, Resolution 2026-04. E. Miscellaneous. F.
