- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Courtlan Erickson D. Commissioner Comments- Stall of Fame E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentations- 1. Brainy Presenter: Bryant Reeder 2. West Weber Annual Report - 2025-2026 Presenter: Stephanie Pack G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $160,865.42. 2. Request for warrants #108449-108504 and #497091-497194 in the amount of $1,685,572.34. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zion's Bank in the amount of $233,595.61. 5. Request for approval of June 23, 2026, meeting minutes. 6. Request from the Community Development Department for approval to declare parcels #08-022-0041 and 08-022-0088 as surplus property. 7. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Connie Neal. H. Action- 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners adopting and imposing a 0.2% sales and use tax to provide additional Funding for transportation, public safety, and any other lawful purpose allowed by statute. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County declaring the county's intent to pick up a certain percentage of certain Public Safety Employees' contributions to the Utah State Retirement System. Presenter: Emily Wilde 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Valley City for Law Enforcement Services. Presenter: Lieutenant Creager 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Valley City allowing the Weber County Sheriff's Office to conduct civil hearings for issued civil parking citations within the city. Presenter: Lieutenant Creager 5. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County Sheriff's Office and the Utah Attorney General's Office regarding a Joint Task Force to combat human trafficking. Presenter: Sergeant Jolley 6. Request for approval of a lease agreement by and between Weber County and the Friends of the Weber-Morgan Children's Justice Center for use of the Friends Board Office and other areas of the CJC Building. Presenter: Scott Brenkman and/or Lauren Thomas 7. Request for approval of a resolution regarding potential withdrawal from County's WCF Insurance Program. Presenter: Weber County Commissioners I.
