PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider a General Plan Amendment from High Density Residential to Industrial/Heavy Manufacturing in the vicinity of 800 N Iron Springs Rd. 2. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Central Commercial to Industrial/Heavy Manufacturing in the vicinity of 800 N Iron Springs Rd. 3. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Rural Estates to Business and Light Manufacturing in the vicinity of 800 N Iron Springs Rd. 4. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Central Commercial to Business and Light Manufacturing in the vicinity of 800 N Iron Springs Road. 5. Consider a General Plan Amendment designating a portion of Iron Springs Road between 5500 West and approximately 800 North as Industrial and Heavy Manufacturing and Central Commercial. 6. Consider a Zone Change from R-2-2 (Dwelling, Two Unit) l to CC (Central Commercial) at 1133 S Main St. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted June 26, 2026
