The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Potential amendment to adjust the requirements needed to issue a building permit within a subdivision.
Public Hearing: Plat Amendment - Minor plat amendment to the Syracuse Arts Academy Subdivision to dedicate the land as a public right of way.
