NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items; and that the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on July 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers to consider the below listed items advanced to the County Council by the Planning Commission*.

Regular Agenda:
All matters listed on the regular agenda will be presented and heard individually by the Planning Commission.
1. Paul Berg, representing Cascade Development Company LC, requests a Minor Plat Amendment for The Glades and The Junipers at Canyon Meadows, to amend both plats from condominium to townhomes located in Section 12, Township 5S, and Range 3E in the Preservation 160 (P-160) zone. 2. Tracey Cannon is requesting an extension of the time frame for installation of the asphalt trail in parcel C of the Crossing at Lake Creek as well as a possible change to the alignment of the trail. A condition of approval was for the trail to be completed by June 1st. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on July 15, 2026.

3. Review and possible recommendation of Ordinance 26-11 to adopt a new comprehensive update to the Wasatch County General Plan including updates to the County Resource Management Plan to become Appendix A, an implementation matrix as Appendix B, and updated Jordanelle Land Use Plan to be retitled Jordanelle Local Area Plan as Appendix C. If passed, the updated General Plan will repeal and replace the previous General Plan adopted in 2001, the Jordanelle Land Use Plan adopted in 1997, and the JSPA Plan Book adopted in 2014. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on July 15, 2026.
