- https://millardcounty.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Notice-of-Public-Hearting-July-21.pdf Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Commission will hold a public hearing on July 21, 2026, beginning at 10:30 in the Millard County Commission Chambers located at 50 South Main Street, Fillmore, Utah, to receive public comment regarding vacation/abandonment of Millard County Road 639, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 642, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 643, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 644; Millard County Road 645; Millard County Road 647; Millard County Road 648; Millard County Road 4153; Millard County Road 4184; Millard County Road 3989; Millard County Road 4089, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 4184, a portion thereof. Said Roads are Located within Township 15 South, Range 8 West (T15S R8W), Sections 12- 13; and T15S R7W, Sections 7-9 and Sections 17-18, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. A new route is proposed to be located on the northern boundary of the proposed Notch Peak project area. All roads proposed to be vacated, and the project area are found within the proposed Notch Peak project site map and boundaries, a copy of which can be found in the Millard County Clerk's Office.
