- The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider the enactment of new section of code: The intent of the text amendment is to comply with Senate Bill 284 titled 'Local Land and Water Modifications' which modified provisions related to local land use. Specifically, the amendments specify procedures for amending zoning districts, removing a planning commissioner, and appealing land use decisions. Comments on this proposal may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysville.gov/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
