- AGENDA Grafton Heritage Partnership Project Monday, June 29, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., Rockville Town Hall The Grafton Heritage Partnership Project (GHPP) will hold a meeting on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 5-6 P.M. in the Rockville Community Center, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. AGENDA: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVE MINUTES from Oct 27, 2025 3. TREASURER's REPORT 4. REVIEW IRS TAXES 2025 5. Vote to approve GHPP Board Members and Officers.5 6. Updated Grafton Brochure 7. Update on Southeast fence project 8. Discussion on Water Rights 9. Establish a GHPP Executive Committee 10. UPDATE ON MAINTENANCE OF GRAFTON 11.
