- SPRINGVILLE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA EMERGENCY MEETING THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 EMERGENCY COUNCIL MEETING 9:00 P.M. - City Council Chambers Notice the Springville City Council will convene in an Emergency Meeting regarding Governor Cox's Executive Order 2026-04 Declaring a State of Emergency and Enabling the State Forester to Protect Municipalities from Fires caused by Fireworks. ADJOURNMENT - CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
