- Administrative Hearing Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the Zoning Administrator on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Precision Fence and Deck; 8106 South 1460 West Suite 5; Administrative Conditional Use Permit for Outside Storage and Operations; M-1 Zone; Trever/Precision Fence and Deck LLC (applicant) If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials. Alternatively, you may share your comments with the Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting by calling (801) 569-5060 or by emailing wjplanning@westjordan.utah.gov
