RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. 'Towns at 11800 South,' PLZ-26-8015, an application for a multi-family site plan for townhomes on approximately 5.17-acres located on the northwest corner of the intersection of 11800 South and Redwood Road. Applicant - Scott Yermish of Priority Builders. b. 'Oquirrh Estates, Lot 13 Amended' PLZ-26-1002. An application for a 2-lot subdivision of about 0.57-acres located at 12666 South Gilbert Circle. Applicant - Blaine Brady. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
