Providence City Code Amendment
Providence City Citizens,
Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed amendments to Providence City Code Title 10: Zoning; Chapter 8: Area Regulations; Section 1: Space Requirement. Applicant is requesting to increase the maximum building height allowed for the specific use of 'Indoor Commercial Recreation' or 'Fitness Center' from the current standard 50-foot limit to a maximum of 65 feet within both the Commercial-Highway District (CHD) and General Commercial District (CGD).
