Brigham City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, consumables, and incidentals necessary to drill and install three (8) drilled pier foundations for a 138kV transmission line project in Brigham City, Utah.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is based on the 90% design drawings and the geotechnical investigation included in this combined PDF package. Final Issued for Construction (IFC) documents are not yet available and may include revisions to details, dimensions, quantities, or construction requirements.
The Contractor shall review the RFP, the 90% drawings, the geotechnical report, and all referenced specifications in their entirety and include all work required for a complete drilled pier foundation installation.
A Mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held July 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Brigham City Power Office, 1455 Power Plant Rd. Brigham City, UT 84302
