Description/Agenda: Under the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA), emergency meetings are exempt from the standard 24-hour public notice rule if there are unforeseen circumstances that require urgent attention. The Wallsburg Town Council will meet for an Emergency Meeting on Wednesday June 24th to discuss details and create an ordinance to be adopted regarding 2026 fire restrictions, in alignment with Wasatch County Fire District. The Emergency Meeting will be held at the Wallsburg Town Hall (70 West Main Canyon Road) at 7pm on Wednesday June 24th. All interested persons may attend.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alisha O'Driscoll at 801-960-8426.
