Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE: HEBER CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING TOMORROW, JUNE 25, 2026, AT 5:00 P.M. The Heber City Council will convene for a Special Meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the Heber City Council Chambers located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider a City-wide resolution to implement a fireworks ban except in designated areas of the City. In light of ongoing wildfires across the State of Utah, Governor Spencer Cox has requested all municipalities impose a ban on private fireworks. All members of the public are welcome to attend the open meeting either in person or online at https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Trina Cooke Heber City Recorder

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Ordinance 2006-05 allows Heber City Council Members to participate in meetings via telecommunications media.
