DELTA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE WEDNESDAY, July 15, 2026 BEGINS 6:50 P.M. Delta City Municipal Complex 76 N 200 W DELTA, UT 84624 435.864.2759 Notice is hereby given that the Delta City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, that will begin promptly at 6:50 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing will be to review proposed updates to the City's Annexation Policy Plan and Expansion Area Map as required by §10-2-803 of Utah State Code (as amended). NOTE: Public comments of affected entities are welcomed during the Public Meeting, and written comments from affected entities will be accepted by the City up to ten (10) days following the Public Meeting. Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
