Uintah Mosquito Abatement District is seeking requests for proposals for the purpose of entering into a five-year contract with a qualified CPA firm to conduct an annual financial audit (audit report) as required by Utah State Law. The Request For Proposals (RFP) document is attached below. All proposals must be received by the District no later than 3:00 PM MDT on Friday, July 10, 2026. Submissions may be delivered via electronic mail or as sealed hard copies via post/courier or hand-deliver packages , subject to the strict structural separation requirements detailed herein.
