- HIDEOUT, UTAH PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE June 30, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Hideout, UT Town Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM, to include Public Hearings at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in Hideout Town Hall, 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036, Council Chambers. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the following: 1. Consideration and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2026-R-XX amending the Hideout Fee and Rate Schedule. The proposed amendments include adding a civil penalty for violation of Hideout Municipal Code Section 7.16.038, Emergency Access Areas; Fire Lanes, Obstruction Prohibited; Penalties. The text of the proposed consolidated fee schedule amendments is available for review on the Town website. 2. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Approval of FY26 Budget Amendments. The Town Council may take action on the proposed resolution following the conclusion of the Public Hearing. The public is invited to attend in person or via the virtual meeting link available on the Town's website on the Meetings page: https://meetings.municode.com/PublishPage/index?cid=HIDEOUTUT&ppid=99a56f7c-29d0-4ab4-93fd-1f29f2da0827&p=0. Comments may also be submitted by noon, prior to the public hearing, by emailing mdevereux@hideoututah.gov. Maria Devereux, Recorder for the Town of Hideout.
